Calcellation and/or Re-Scheduling Policy

In case of inclement weather, darkness, acts of God, or other unexpected emergency situations:

The coach will receive safety information at registration. It is the responsibility of the coach/manager to read the information and implement when necessary.

In the event of inclement weather, unsafe field conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances (acts of God), the Tournament Committee has the authority to re-schedule, change or cancel games as follows:

- Relocate or reschedule any game(s).
- Change the duration of the game(s).
- Cancel any game(s).
- Re-schedule the tournament to a different date
- Cancel the tournament.

If the tournament becomes unplayable on the designated weekend, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to reschedule the event within the next 6 months. Teams that are unable to attend a rescheduled event will receive a refund of fees minus a $95 dollar processing fee. Notice: if the tournament becomes unplayable, and therefore canceled after it has been started, refunds will not be issued.

Termination of a game due to darkness shall be at the sole discretion of the referee. The referee's decision shall be final.

Games terminated after one half of play because of weather, darkness or other events shall be considered final.

Safety of the participants in the HASC is paramount.
